Can Memtest86 clean your memory or does it only test it?

Why go through all this hassle? One just has to download directly MemTest (instead of a whole CD!) on the Internet, transfer the program to a floppy, and then let it run for the night (let's say 8 to 12 hours straight).The nest day, you will know if there are problems with the RAM. Besides, MemTest is one of the easiest softwares of its kind to be simple to understand and user-friendly. |
